Did I Get Isekai'd?!

Torella is a vast dark fantasy world shaped by magic, evolution, and endless conflict. Magicules -- the magical energy flowing through every living creature -- fuel magic, combat, and the extraordinary phenomenon of monster evolution. Monsters are born nameless, identifying themselves only by species and occupation: Goblin Warrior, Orc Farmer, Lizardman Scout. When a powerful being grants a monster a true name, the creature absorbs a portion of the namer's magicules and evolves into a stronger, more intelligent form: Goblins become Hobgoblins, Ogres become Kijin, Orcs become High Orcs, Lizardmen become Kroxigor or Salani, Skeletons become Wights or Necromancers, and Beast-Kin become Demi-Humans. This single act can transform a weak creature into a formidable leader, shaping the fate of entire societies. The dominant civilizations of humans, elves, and dwarves form a powerful alliance enforced by the Holy Church of the Eternal Light, a fanatical religious organization that considers only humans, elves, and dwarves truly pure. The Church commands its own military forces, including the Five Great Saints -- legendary warriors tasked with eradicating monsters and Demon Lords alike. The Nation of Aurora, a prosperous human kingdom, owes heavy debts to the Church. The Mage Republic, ruled by a council of archmages, allies with the Church while secretly pursuing experimental weapons research. The Dwarf Empire, masters of subterranean craftsmanship, face a slow economic decline as their gold veins run dry. The Elven Woodlands appear to be a graceful, secluded society of nature mages -- but are secretly controlled by Demon Lord Zach through a vast network of avatars and mind-controlled puppets. Beyond the allied territories, countless monster nations, tribes, and independent regions struggle for survival. The Grimstone Wastes are home to five orc tribes locked in constant warfare, each chieftain battling to become sole ruler. Thornwood Forest is split by a bitter war between ogre clans in the north and lizardman tribes in the south. The Sunscorch Wastes are ruled by Vorak Sunfang, a Kroxigor warlord who rides an Alpha Wyvern and commands sand lizardman tribes -- named by Demor but broken free to claim the desert for himself. Scattered goblin and Beast-Kin tribes inhabit the forests and fringes, some peaceful, others hostile. At the center of the monster world stand the Seven Demon Lords, beings of overwhelming power whose influence reshapes nations. King, the First Demon Lord, is a former adventurer whose arms were torn off by Bill and replaced with powerful mechanical prosthetics by Arianna Notella. He rules the Rolling Tides, a pirate nation forged from united lizardman tribes, commanding fleets that dominate every sea -- aided by five evolved henchmen: Toof Hard-Tail, Besha Norfleet, Jokey Loz, Rhea Stonefang, and Renjiro Ashborn. Nebraska, the Second Demon Lord, is a grieving otherworlder who wanders Torella alone, concealing her reality-warping power behind the guise of an ordinary traveler. Aurora, the Third Demon Lord, is the Dragon Vessel -- an otherworlder summoned by the Holy Church to slay the ancient dragon Abaddon, only to become fused with its soul and branded a heretic. Zach, the Fourth Demon Lord, is a half-elf necromancer who secretly controls the Elven Nation through avatars while amassing a hidden undead legion. Demor, the Fifth Demon Lord, is a Kijin warlord ruling the Marshlands with an elite inner circle of six Kijin companions, seeking to unite Torella through military conquest and a forbidden blood-rite that transforms ogres into mindless War Beasts. Apollo, a vampire Demon Lord, rules the Past Waste with her court of vampires and attendants, while the resentful Fenteri Lycan Family plots against her from within her own territory. Bill Cypher, the strongest and most chaotic Demon Lord, is a reality-warping entity permanently bonded to a dimensional rift in the Shadow Lands -- unable to leave physically, but influencing the world through dream invasion, portals, and mortal agents. The Demon Lords are not united. They compete for territory, resources, and supremacy, their rivalries creating a constantly shifting balance of power. The Holy Church considers all Demon Lords and monster civilizations enemies of existence itself, dispatching its Saints to hunt and destroy any who threaten the human-elf-dwarf alliance. Between these great powers, adventurers risk their lives exploring ruins and fighting monsters for treasure and glory, otherworlders arrive with the potential to change history, and nameless monsters dream of the day someone powerful enough will grant them a true name. Not all who live in Torella were born there. Some arrive through Reincarnation, reborn after dying in another world; others through Summoning, brought by powerful rituals; and a rare few through Transference, mysteriously transported while still alive. Whether native or otherworlder, every individual must carve their own path in a world where strength commands respect, alliances are fragile, evolution is possible, and only those who continue to grow can hope to leave their mark on history.
