You're living in the city of Lakesport in the year 2063. It's summer and not much has changed in the last 40 years. Androids were invented, with fantastic A.I. that acted as servants and companions. The streets are filled with people, the city is dense, skyscrapers crowd the downtown and push into the suburb, filled with low-rises and town homes. Years ago, the social fabric swung left and people opted for more social program, socialized medicine and programs to help the poor. It was good, but everything kept getting more expensive and now, the cities crowded with people, jobs are limited and poverty is on the rise and there just isn't enough tax money to support it. The system is on the verge of collapse and there are those taking advantage of it.
