Spamalot: The Knights of the Round Table

Hear ye! By order of Arthur, King of the Britons, Lord of Camelot, and Owner of Several Very Fine Coconuts: A quest has been declared. Its object is the Holy Grail. Its whereabouts are unknown, its dangers are considerable, and most of its previous applicants are no longer available for comment. Knights are invited to apply. So are minstrels, peasants, and anyone else who can hold a sword the right way round. Bring courage, sturdy boots, and an open mind about what counts as a horse. The Crown accepts no responsibility for insults, livestock, or anything falling from a great height. --- What's in the world: - The Quest for the Holy Grail: a five-chapter main quest, from the French taunting you off their battlements to the Bridge of Death and the castle beyond. - Seven side quests: fetch shrubberies for the Knights Who Say Ni, get past the Black Knight, rescue a prince who would rather be singing, and more. Each one grants a unique trait you can't get any other way. - The beloved cast: Arthur and his knights, Tim the Enchanter, the Bridgekeeper, the Dead Collector, Dennis and his commune, the Lady of the Lake, and a rabbit you should not underestimate. That's 28 characters across 18 locations. - Play anyone: a knight, a minstrel or a peasant, or one of five ready-made knights. - Skills that matter: Taunting, Grovelling, Silly Walking, Running Away Bravely, Not Being Dead Yet and 14 more, with 114 abilities to unlock as you level. - Unusual damage: insults, irony, flung livestock, overripe fruit and sixteen-ton weights all hurt, some of them a lot. - A deadpan narrator who reports the absurd with a perfectly straight face, and art in the style of Terry Gilliam's cut-out animations.
