One Piece: Your What If

What if Luffy never existed—and your choices changed the world? Begin your own One Piece journey as a pirate, Marine, bounty hunter or independent adventurer. Follow familiar routes or chart a different course. Meet characters with ambitions of their own, develop your abilities through experience, and live with the consequences. Choose an introduction with Shanks, Garp, Smoker or Makino, or begin from another supported starting point. Your story belongs to you. This is my first Voyage world, and I’m still learning! This is a public playtest, so you may encounter issues with the story, combat or portraits. If you notice a problem or have a suggestion, please leave a comment. Tell me what happened and, if possible, include the turn number so I can investigate. Thanks for trying it and helping me make it better!
