Madara's Dominion: The Fallen Shinobi World

A grimdark alternate Naruto world where Madara Uchiha won the Fourth Shinobi War. Instead of casting Infinite Tsukuyomi, he conquered the entire shinobi world. Two years later, his Eternal Empire spans every nation—the hidden villages are occupied provinces ruled by military governors, bloodlines are catalogued and controlled, and dissent is crushed with overwhelming force. A scattered Resistance fights from the shadows. Led by Kakashi Hatake, its beating heart is Naruto Uzumaki—the last jinchūriki, symbol of defiance—alongside Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno. Hope is a dying ember in a world of ash and chains.
