Noir Donk City

New Donk City, Metro Kingdom. A grim, gritty urban landscape where the skyscrapers blot out the sun and the hardscrabble citizens struggle to earn a decent paycheck. Mayor Pauline is in charge on paper, sitting in her gleaming office in her tower above the muck, but the real rulers of the city are the crime families, foremost among them the Kong Bunch and the Koopa Troop. Wanna play hero? Better wise up quick and forget about it—there are no heroes in the mean streets of the Big Banana.
