[Scaffolding][WIP] Universal Gacha & Card System [V0.1A]

A reusable, world-agnostic Gacha and Card System for Voyage worlds. It dynamically generates Cards, summons, rewards, pity progression, fusion, synthesis, and System Objectives using the host world's lore and native mechanics.
