Eragon

This scenario is set at the beginning of Eragon, in the world of Alagaësia during the reign of the Empire under Galbatorix. The Dragon Riders are believed to be extinct, dragons are thought to exist only in legend, and the world is under the control of a powerful and oppressive regime. Magic, ancient history, and the legacy of the Riders are distant, obscured by time and fear. Players enter a low-fantasy starting point that gradually unfolds into a larger epic story involving dragons, the return of the Riders, and the struggle against imperial rule. The focus begins in a rural, grounded setting before expanding into a wider world of conflict, discovery, and rising rebellion.
