Jujutsu Kaisen: Definitive Edition

HUGE NEW UPDATE: SUKUNA'S FINGERS AND NEW NPC PORTRAITS What you can expect: 1.) Over 40k characters of instructions: I have gone all out and done tons of work on instructions for this world. The AI understands JJK on an intricate level now, from pure content to style. Expect NPCs with interesting abilities who fight tactically and intelligently, responding to things as they logically should (For example, casting a Domain warrants them to either cast their own if they have one or employ anti-domain technique(s) to try and outlast). Character psychology and ideology is a major thing too. Every character has a way they view the world and a relationship to Jujutsu that shapes their behaviour. Combat is dangerous and high energy, requiring a sharp mind on your behalf too. Instructions truly understand the setting. From it's more experimental and artistic style sometimes, to it's metaphorical and ideological weight, to how it expresses rule of cool, to it's very intricate power system, to it's unique NPC behaviour and relationships to the world and it's violence, etc. 2.) A dynamic system for progression: Cursed Techniques are not pre-made traits. That'd be highly limiting. Instead, you simply state your cursed technique and how it works in your backstory. The game is now constantly aware of how it works. As your Cursed Technique skill raises, you get generic skills like 'Maximum Technique'. Abilities are based off of your skill levels, e.g. Domain Expansion requires a high level in both Cursed Technique and Barrier Techniques. You can then purchase the domain expansion ability, and what your domain is, is based off of your action. E.g. 'I use Domain Expansion, and my domain manifests as a giant mountain range with glowing eyes carved into the cliff faces', and that's how that domain looks. You explicitly state your open-ended abilities and the game remembers. I have also recently exapnded the list here to account for more nuanced usages of Domains. (Some spoilers) For example, Domain Expansion is split into many abilities. You can get an Incomplete Domain like Megumi's that requires an enclosed space to use as you cannot form a complete barrier, which lacks a sure-hit but compensates with a power boost and expansion of your technique. You can get a Domain Amplification which disables your own cursed technique but also nullifies all that come into contact with you. You can get a complete Domain Expansion which works as expected. But then it evolves from there. You can get a split-second Domain, which applies your sure-hit for a fraction of a second, as seen by Gojo and Mahito. You can get an open-barrier Domain which has no barrier and as a result has a SIGNIFICANTLY larger range of up to 200-meters. Open-barriers can also cheat in domain clashes as their range is much larger, and so they can target the *outside* of an enemy's domain. You can get a basketball Domain, as seen in Gojo V Sukuna, where Gojo makes his Domain on the outside about the size of a basketball, significantly increasing it's density and improving external durability, and even later use Reversed Cursed Technique to burn out and then repair your brain to completely remove cooldowns. The ability system is open-ended and advanced, providing consistent evolution points and unique expressions of JJK's incredible power system. THat's just Domains, I barely touched on Soul-Targeting, Reversed Cursed Technique (Both the healing and the actual technique reversal), Maximum Outputs, Maximum Techniques, Extension Techniques, etc. etc. 3.) Incredibly detailed pre-made NPCs. Pre-made NPCs are incredibly verbose and detailed, depicting all of the aspects of their source material characters. Dynamic weaknesses are well handled too. Reversed Cursed Energy bestowal can obliterate a curse easily. 4.) Feats: Every four levels you can take a feat, a narratively and mechanically significant trait. These are entertaining as they make you stronger in levels but also provide new and interesting avenues for character expression. Here's one example: Killer Instinct (You are well versed in the art of taking a life, to the point that your mindset has begun to shift. Rather than treating killing as a last resort, it is your baseline. Not ending your foe's life is a conscious decision to you, not the other way around. Sorcerers so able to kill such as Satoru Gojo, Ryomen Sukuna, Yuta Okotsu, etc. Are massively more efficient. Your Cursed Energy flows unimpeded by doubt, your fighting style is sharper, now fighting for maximum damage wthout the offset of worrying for your opponent. +3 unarmed combat, +3 cursed energy infusion). And even more. If any of that sounds interesting to you, I highly recommend giving this world a shot.
