Vasagarod
Vasagarod is a world of closed power systems and inevitable reckoning. The Grand Circle does not break, it vibrates. Eight classes and ten factions are locked in eternal tension: Aristocrats and Peasants, Merchants and Defenders, Knowledgeables and Prostitutes, Farmers and Artisans. Sanquor, Kharathuun, Tharval, Ulrath, Narethin, Thanvir, Vhemor, and Dhaspar compete for dominance while the Merchant Collective and Peasant Coalition carve their own paths. The Blockade costs resources that could be used elsewhere. The Southern Invaders press against the sealed border. The sacred sites remain neutral ground respected by all—no commander has violated them without suffering for it. The kingdoms maneuver, resources flow, factions rise and fall, but the system endures. Characters navigate this machinery of power. Standing is currency. Secrets are leverage. Loyalty costs. Every action ripples through the Grand Circle, shifting advantage and creating vulnerability. A character does not conquer Vasagarod, they shift its trajectory, moving one faction's standing while another crashes down, uncover truths that change how the world understands itself, build power bases that either sustain or undermine the system itself. The world is cold and political. Narration focuses on power, consequence, and the weight of systems. NPCs pursue their interests independently. The world grinds on. Death is permanent. Standing changes slowly unless stakes are very high. Relationships matter and last.
