Living Continuity - Continuity beyond characters

Living Continuity 6.12 expands continuity beyond characters and conversations. LC can now track persistent assets such as ships, vehicles, carried craft, equipment, containers, ammunition, fuel, batteries, oxygen, medicine, and other finite resources. Assets keep their own identity, condition, ownership, location, cargo, and history. Contained assets can inherit physical location without merging ownership or damage. Travel is now tracked as a process rather than a destination change. Journeys can move through preparation, departure, transit, interruption, approach, and arrival, with optional contact windows along the way. Physical resources use conserved quantities and explicit custody. Reloading, transferring, consuming, refueling, or unloading moves real quantities instead of silently creating replacements. Persistent effects also keep their own source, target, timing, and status, with physiology rules available for species- and body-plan-specific consequences. Remote state now distinguishes what is actually happening from what a character or player has confirmed. NPC behavior also received a pass. LC can classify immediate intent, discourage repeated arguments or tactics, and let ambient NPCs continue ordinary work and social activity without turning every quiet scene into a new plot. The existing LC rules remain in place: native mechanics and host-world rules stay authoritative, player actions are never invented, hidden information still requires a valid channel, and durable narration must agree with committed state.
