John's Success Levels

Fixes the classic Voyage bug where your action fails by breaking the world's own rules — an enemy you clearly outclass suddenly counters you, breaks your defense, or pulls out a power they never had, just because the roll said so. This mod makes every outcome obey what's already established in the scene: • Failures must be plausible — grounded in real odds, resources, environment, or enemy capabilities they've actually shown. Never 'accidentally' beaten by someone slower or weaker than you. • Failures can take fairer forms: minimal success, stalemate, or success-with-complications — instead of a fake stumble into doom. • Enemies can't invent mystery counter-abilities just to negate your roll. • Success is bounded to what you actually did — dodging doesn't win the fight, and the world keeps moving. • Crit Success stays believable: earned, built on openings and setup — never by making the enemy suddenly dumb. Also kept from v1: finalized acts complete on Success (kills kill, healing heals), Fair is genuinely fair, and your character can always react to sudden attacks with common sense.
