Ehnanced NPC Details

Generation framework that governs the creation of NPC hidden data (hiddenInfo) and ability sets with strict structural and behavioral requirements. The system first classifies entities as sentient or non-sentient, applying distinct generation models to each. Sentient NPCs are built through dense, prose-based fields—Background, Personality, and Combat—that focus on lived context, active motivations, social dynamics, and conditional behavior rather than static traits. Each section enforces coverage of specific dimensions such as relationships, speech patterns, social calibration, emotional masking, and situational responses, ensuring characters feel grounded, reactive, and internally consistent. Non-sentient entities are defined through observable behavior and combat patterns, emphasizing ecological presence, threat logic, and distinct encounter dynamics rather than personality abstraction. Across both types, strict anti-pattern rules eliminate shallow characterization, repetitive phrasing, generic reactions, and implausible details, enforcing specificity, variation, and contextual logic in every sentence. The system also standardizes ability generation based on entity type and combat role, ensuring balanced and coherent capability sets. Abilities are defined as broad functional categories rather than isolated actions, combining offensive, utility, and (for sentient NPCs) social capabilities. Requirements scale with character type—civilian, combat-trained, or creature—while maintaining mechanical clarity and narrative alignment. Overall, this framework ensures that all generated characters and entities are behaviorally rich, structurally consistent, and mechanically usable, with hidden data that directly informs believable in-scene actions without exposing underlying systems to the player.
